2025-10-25Utterly disappointed with this group. After being a member for approximately two years without issues I spaced my appointment and was charged the full amount. I had a 90 minute session booked and even after I offered to come in for part of my session Edith refused to see me. I use to refer and recommend this spa to my colleagues and coworkers but honestly if it does not pay to be loyal then what is the point. Not to mention they don’t honor a membership price anymore and have also raised their prices. What I once played $120 for is now $200. Will no longer be seeking services here nor recommend.
