2025-11-25I paid $1,500 to this establishment for a program that was not properly pitched. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, I was basically told it's still a good value and my concerns seemed to be brushed under the rug. The next day, today, I came in for my first treatment only to find out I am not eligible for the services because of a skin condition. None of this was brought to my attention at time of purchase or payment. No warnings, no questions.I went to the front to ask for a refund only to be told they don't give refunds. Mind you, i just paid yesterday and have not received any services. They tried to push me to transfer what I paid to other services I do not want. They said they will escalate this higher, but I won't have an answer until "hopefully the end of the week." I am beyond frustrated and feel totally taken advantage of.
