The Spa At Club Northwest

I paid $1,500 to this establishment for a program that was not properly pitched. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, I was basically told it's still a good value and my concerns seemed to be brushed under the rug. The next day, today, I came in for my first treatment only to find out I am not eligible for the services because of a skin condition. None of this was brought to my attention at time of purchase or payment. No warnings, no questions.I went to the front to ask for a refund only to be told they don't give refunds. Mind you, i just paid yesterday and have not received any services. They tried to push me to transfer what I paid to other services I do not want. They said they will escalate this higher, but I won't have an answer until "hopefully the end of the week." I am beyond frustrated and feel totally taken advantage of.

Had a great hot stone massage with Denise, she was outstanding. It wasn't only relaxing but she also got all the tension massaged out. Thank you and I'll be coming by soon! The facility is very warm and inviting. All the ladies were very nice.

I have received about 20 spam texts from this place. I block each number and then within a few days they sent a text from a different number. Don’t ever give them your info unless you want to receive junk texts for the rest of your life
