Nailed it_PDX

Went in to get an acrylic set, a pedicure for my boyfriend and me, and a manicure for him. The nail tech suggested I try Gel-X instead, explaining that it’s easier to remove and gentler on natural nails. I’m so glad I took her advice — the application was perfect, and I’m absolutely in love with how my nails turned out! The pedicure was incredibly relaxing, the pricing was very reasonable, and the techs who worked with us were so friendly and welcoming. If I’m ever in Oregon again, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I love this nail salon so much ✨🤌🏻💸 Jonny is my nail tech, he is been doing such a wonderful job at paying attention to small details. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of months and every single time, I have a very lovely and relaxing experience. The salon itself it’s very clean and pretty looking; the staff is always very kind and generous, they take their time with you to accommodate your needs.

It was so relaxing and everything was so professional! I had their most intensive pedicure, and it was lovely. I requested and received the gel nail polish, which I just do not always find for pedicures. I have to admit I appreciated the free cocktail ;-)

⭐️ 1 Star This was hands down the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I booked this service based on the salon’s advertisement, which stated it would be one hour and include a 10-minute massage. Instead, I was rushed through a pedicure that lasted about 30 minutes total. The “massage” was nothing more than a literal 1–2 minute application of lotion, and there were no hot towels at all. There was no attempt to provide the experience that was advertised. The environment was also extremely unprofessional and not relaxing. There were kids running around the salon, repeatedly interrupting my service by trying to talk to the technician and even feeding her food during my pedicure. This was disruptive and completely took away from any chance of relaxation. On top of that, the salon itself felt dirty and unsanitary. The couch had visible stains, and the pedicure chairs looked worn and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a nail salon. To make matters worse, I was charged $60 for this rushed, incomplete service. Paying that amount for a half-hour pedicure with almost no massage, no hot towels, and constant interruptions is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Nailed it PDX. Jonny and his assistant did my nails and their attention to detail is 💯. I am always super leary of new nail salons as I don’t generally have a good experience. That was not the case here. They understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I got an ombré Acrylic fill with chrome. Also I the cleanliness of the salon was great. Super Sanitary and they give you your own files.
