Signature Nail Bar

What an experience! The first thing I noticed was how dirty everything was. The table I sat at even had nail clippings on it, and the entire area just looked unclean. The technician used an electric file to remove my shellac polish directly on my natural nails , just to save time. I’ve worked hard to grow my nails to this length, and they ended up being filed down three separate times. The polish job itself was disappointing. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself, though I do love the color. As I’m writing this, I’m literally standing at the counter because they’re having issues charging my card. Another technician already had to fix the end of one nail because it felt extremely rough (as several of them do), and now I’m noticing the skin around my nails looks awful too. During the service, my hands and only my hands were “massaged” for 40 seconds each and I know that number is accurate because my top coat was still being cured. Meanwhile, there was a woman asleep in the corner wearing a mask, and I couldn’t tell if she was ill or what. To top it all off, someone just came in with a 200-pound dog that proceeded to have a massive smelly accident all over the floor. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. Well off to head home to give myself a manicure. Won’t be back. It’s interesting that the reply doesn’t address anything about the actual nail service, the cleanliness of the salon, or the overall experience I described. For clarification, I showed my bank statement while standing there on the card we tried running many times. Also, the dog that came in was not a service animal. I personally overheard the woman talking about it and the tons of other dogs she has. A business that can’t own up to its mistakes should be a huge red flag. Y’all really need to trust these negative reviews. UPDATE- couple days later and three of my nails have broken 😭

Amy and Andy are incredible, as are their employees. I have never been disappointed in any service I have received from them. The products they use are top of the line and it’s because of that…. I appreciate them so much. I bring all of my granddaughters on their birthdays and they always get treated with respect and kindness.

I came in from Arkansas and decided to take my brother for a pedicure for his birthday. We were greeted right when we walked in and I was impressed with how big and clean the salon was. Everyone was very friendly. Anna and Lee Lee did great jobs on our pedicures. My brother kept saying how great the massage felt on his legs and feet, especially with the hot stones. I asked everyone to wish my brother a happy birthday and they even started singing happy birthday to him. As we were leaving the salon, they yelled out happy birthday to him again. We both said that we will definitely be back 🙂

Amy is the absolute best! I will never go to another nail salon as long as they are there. She always does such an amazing job on my nails and is the sweetest person ever. I would recommend Signature Nail Bar to anyone I know. They do great work too!! Thank you Amy for doing amazing every time you do my nails.

Amy is AMAZING!! I brought in my youngest daughter 6 and oldest daughter 18 both for birthday presents and she went above and beyond with both girls!! Highly recommend booking Amy she’s great with kids!
