Good, solid business all around. The salon itself is cute and welcoming. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hair stylist there are well trained and know what they are doing. You can go there, get what you want and how you want it, you just will have to plan ahead. They are popular, so scheduling gets booked up. The stylist Stevie is skilled and so fun to be around.

Shout out to Hannah! Transitioning from blonde highlights to natural with gray is hard! This amazing gal nailed it! I'm amazed that between low lights and toner, she matched my natural colors and it is gorgeous! If you're looking for a hair gal that knows how to get it done, Hannah is the gal you want!

Hannah has been cutting my hair flawlessly since 2019, so naturally when I decided to finally dye my hair for the first time I went to her. I was so nervous going into my appointment, but she made me feel comfortable and I absolutely love my highlights. I 100% recommend Hannah if you’re looking for a great stylist! Kennedy is awesome. Definitely takes pride in what she does. Made me feel more confident. Love my hair now. Elizabeth is the best when it comes to facials, eye lash tint and brows. My skin is so much better and grateful. Love these ladies. Highly recommend

So..I had a appointment time, and sure enough, I was waiting for 30 minutes before the stylist even came to say Hi. Now to explain my decision, my mother was also with me getting a wash and style only, which influenced our time. Well, I did not get my haircut. My mother was almost done when the stylist came to get me. The excuse was she was held up working on a customer. I get it, we all have had good and bad days, running late. I honestly feel that there should be something in place, even a text, to let the current customer just KNOW it's going to be late and it's their choice if they wish to wait. How about the receptionist coming over, informing the customer, and maybe offer a drink. I think good customer service is a big key to a successful business. Plus, just having hairstylists smile and say Hi to customers would go along way. Sorry, but for me, not a place I will return to.
