Honestly the woman who did my nails did so beautifully. I had acrylics done for the first time. I had originally wanted a darker shade going into black ombré and I wasn’t sure and she picked a perfect nude colour to blend into my black ombré. I love them so much and o will definitely continue going to have my nails done here. I can’t relate in any way to any negative reviews here. ✨ I feel fabulous. 💅🏻 Update I get my nails done here frequently. And have been going here for almost 6 months. ill share examples below. They always do a great job and if I ever have issues they fix it promptly . The prices are great and the nails are always lovely 😌🫶🏻

I booked an online appointment arrive for my appointment. I was taken right away. I’d booked for a manicure and a wax.I was taking in for the waxing right away. The service was fine however, the conversation was very uncomfortable. The conversation was very racist about a client who was very happy with her service and then complained, and the conversation was about how East Indian people only want service and not to pay for that and then she proceeded to go on about a incident from last year at Halloween when her 10-year-old son frightened a two year-old in the park and the parents were upset. The confronted the young boy and his parents at their home again they were East Indian and the conversation was very uncomfortable. She was very racist about East Indians and it wasn’t a good service. I proceeded to have my manicure done and it was fine, but it did put a damper on the visit.

Got my nails a manicure and pedicure yesterday for my engagement photos. She took her time and made sure that they looked perfect and even suggested me getting the airbrush nails for my photos instead of the French tip. I will definitely be returning. Also, I got regular polish for my toenails and acrylic powder for my fingernails if anyone is wondering.

I highly recommend Nail Garden Spa, I have been coming here for a few years with friends, family, kids - I have always received exceptional service. Greeted with energy, smiles, professionalism. All employees have been fantastic at giving me creative ideas and attempting any design I find on Pinterest :)) . 5 ⭐️ all the way!

Personally won’t go back. Appointment was for 2:30 and I didn’t get seen until 3:09 which I could have done some errands before if that was the case. I don’t get my nails done often and then was reminded why. I said 4 times longer but when barely moving it up I gave up and said that’s fine whatever, after they couldn’t do the design which is fine I get not everyone can do them all. After her comparing nails to make sure they’re correct, still 2 different sizing and I tried looking but I kept which I think was being told to put my hands down so I didn’t mess anything up I couldn’t tell personally as it was harder to understand I asked my cousin a few times what was said so I could reply which again is fine, when coming down to paying I wanted to use my prepaid card I got for a gift and when trying to explain after the 4-5 time I just said whatever and paid with my credit card. Overall just wasn’t a great experience and my OCD I’ll have these ripped off in a week sadly. Not looking for a reply or anything just hoping you guys see this and can improve it.
