I want to share my honest experience so others don’t go through what I did. This was my first time coloring my hair in my life, and I was very clear that I wanted a soft, natural balayage with blended mocha tones. I even showed clear reference photos. I booked with Karleigh. She was personally nice and polite, but her work was honestly awful. I’m shocked because I saw good review of her here but my experience was totally opposite. Instead of a balayage, she did patchy, uneven partial foils. The result was random stripes of brassy yellow/orange on top of my head, and it looked messy and harsh—not blended at all like balayage. I went back for a toner hoping it would fix the issue, but it didn’t fix anything—in fact, it made my hair look dull in some areas and still brassy in others. It looks worse than my natural hair before, which is extremely disappointing. I spent a lot of money and time and now I have to go somewhere else to get a color correction even though this was supposed to be a simple balayage. This was a terrible first experience with hair color and I truly regret choosing this place. Karleigh is a nice person, but I do not recommend her for color or balayage at all. I’m so depressed right now. I did not receive what I asked for. The correction also failed, so at this point I believe I deserve a refund or at least partial compensation. I should not have to pay somewhere else to fix their work. Hi, all! We have visited your salon several times...now I don't want to go elsewhere! Forgive me if I misspell, but Add did my hair and eyebrows today...what a gem! She did such a great job and was a pleasure to talk with. She cut my daughter's hair previously and also did a great job. The last place I went did not even dry my hair before I left, and when it did dry, not even...tough because I have curly hair. Great job today, and your staff is always spot on!

I didn’t even realize my hair was thinning til my stylist pointed it out and got me on the right products. Now, multiple months later it is thicker and lots of new hair growing in. Last visit I wanted to go to a cooler highlight. Now I have these fabulous violet toned red highlights among my dark brown base. I get lots of compliments.While lots seems to be falling apart in my later years, my hair looks better than ever!

I called a few other places before deciding on laritz, overall it was a very good experience! Devin is who cut my hair and she did absolutely amazing! Overall the pricing was very good & they offer a wide variety of other services besides hair! Definitely was THE best hair experience I’ve ever had at a salon, and 10/10 would recommend!!

Got my lashes+hair done for my birthday, Jayne and Ashley took care of me so well and I’m excited to return!
