The Nail Spa

The worst nail shop in the City. It was just one person in the shop when I walked in to get a pedicure. The polish on my toes was lumpy and was too far away from my nail bed. The lady was extremely rude and mad at me because I wasn’t satisfied with her horrible work. She proceeded to argue with me and insulted me by stating that my glasses were dirty, which they weren’t. These people charge too much money for such a terrible Job. They should close their doors because they’re not consistent. Go there if you just want to give free money away. I don’t plan to ever go back.

The head spa treatment is amazing!!! I have been twice with Amy as my technician, she is wonderful and so sweet. It is beautifully decorated, everyone is incredibly kind, and it’s very clean! I just love it and highly recommend it!!!

I came in two hrs before closing i wanted short almond shape nails with french tip. The lady rushed the entire time. During the whole process she kept trying to get me to change my mind about the french tip each time i said no i want french tip. When it came down to it she asked once again if i really wanted it. I said yea id like to at least see one done and what it looks like. She does one and i said yea i like that and she again tried to get me to back out. I firmly said no. After the 5 times of telling her she finally did them. She rushed my nails the entire time. I was out of there within 40 mins for acrylic and tips and french tip. I have never spent less than an hr in a nail salon. By day two my acrylic nails were already lifting from my natural nails. The shape was uneven on every nail, not drastically but enough that i noticed and that i had to come home and refile them myself. Maybe a different nail tech wouldve been better but i dont suggest this place. Just because it looks nice doesnt necessarily mean youre gonna get a good nail tech who actually wants to do your nails. I didn’t bother coming in for a fix because id rather just find a better nail salon. 0/10 do not recommend

I am in love with my nails! I had an idea what I wanted and Kelly helped put it all together. As a walk-in, was started quickly and she took her time. I'm extremely happy and will definitely be going back!

This is a beautiful salon with very courteous nail artists. Kathie took a lot of time and care on my fingernails and I am extremely happy with the outcome! A very relaxing atmosphere as well. You will not be disappointed!
