2025-11-10Service is disgusting!! McKenzie can only do boys and men’s haircuts and will play in a woman’s hair. Danita has the nastiest attitude and Maria is one of the worst business owners I’ve ever seen I’d never go here again !! I came in at 8 o’clock I asked for a root touchup on my highlights got done at 1 30 . She told me she would brighten up my highlights and move them up to my root she trimmed and styled my hair I asked for loose beach waves. She didn’t even touch the root of my hair, knowing I have thick curly hair. After telling her how unhappy I was with my hair, she refused me a refund and the owner refused to talk to me. A lady named Danita got on the phone and was very rude. Told me to take it up to the courthouse and then McKenzie was so scared she called the cops on me Banning me From sophisticates McKenzie, you are a sorry person. I’ll show you before and after pics, my hair was brown with mild highlights I just wanted them brighten up , she made my whole head blonde ! Last one is me trying to put it in put in a pony tail and you could really tell she did not care about my hair !

2025-09-22Freedom did an amazing job. I hadn't had my hair cut in 2yrs. I can't take care of really long hair anymore due to joint issues. She made me feel very at ease and made me feel so good again. She took time to make my scalp great again due to me not being able to with all the hair I had. Ty gurl !!!!

2025-08-24The stylist who did my hair was Mackenzie I came in with vibrant pink hair and I wanted a balayage and for one session I was so amazed she got almost all the pink out and color corrected it to where you can hardly even see it anymore and she was able to do it with very minimal damage they were all very friendly and she did a great job I definitely recommend!

2025-06-08I came in to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I walked in and I waited like five minutes. Nobody acknowledged me. Finally the lady from the nail place asked me what I wanted. I told her I needed my eyebrows cleaned up. She said come here lay down. She slap some hot wax on me, took both my eyebrows almost completely off burned my skin took my skin off. OK you’re done $20 and sent me on my way. never let me look in. The mirror was rude and very unprofessional.
