Fair warning if you want a design stay far away from this place. I came here before and they messed up my nails like no other but I decided to give them another chance and I regret it. I had long nails and asked if they could do a design, they said they couldn't do my first design which was clustered flowers. so I gave them another option and they said they can do it. It was a simple French tip with glitter and a flower. She said "dip powder nails would be better than gel" I took a chance and said okay. She cut my nails short as sort it can be!!! I wanted them untouched and long just how it was when I got there! I said okay, I can deal with it being short. Fine. One mess up, should be fine, the design will help it, well I was wrong. Doesn't look nothing like what I showed her. I told her I wanted a lilac color flower but she continued with white after I said lilac. I just said forget it we'll stick with white. She showed me my right pinky finger and it came out decent. So I let her continue her work. Next thing you know the design looks like crap. Money down the drain. My nails feel like they have clay on them and I am NOT satisfied with my nails at all. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed in this place. Went there to get my nails painted (gel) for a ceremony I had to go to! The guy that did my nails, did not remove the one nail I had on my thumb he just shaved it down! He also painted my nails horribly to where my nails were super lumpy! When I tried to tell him he kept saying is was my nails 😒. Get that I get the same thing no matter where I go and never had an issue with my nails being lumpy. After I told him that it wasn’t my nails, but the way he painted them, he then acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about 😒. The owne comes and I tell her the issue, not only did she not solve the problem she made it worse. Instead of taking the paint off and starting my nails over, she proceeds to put a million layers of gel polish on my nails, my nails were so thick. At this point I’m pissed and I just leave. While leaving I hear another customer complaining about the same thing, her nails aren’t smooth! And I’m what made it worse my gel polished started to lift the very next day! This place is trash

My first time coming here was today. We were greeted by the young lady by the front desk. We were immediately seated for our pedicures. I decided on the winter pedicure with gel shellac and cat eye effect. My technician was Tommy. He offered me something to drink. He took extremely good care of me, during my pedicure. The pedicure was the best and it left my feet soft and smooth. I love the design. I would highly recommend coming here. I know I will come back when, I'm here again.

Hannah did my nails and it was the worst. She rushed to get them finished and did a terrible job with the color. I wanted a different color but she seemed like she wanted me out of her chair quickly. My nails were uneven, extremely disappointed

My daughter and I got our nails done today they did an awesome job. Very clean and polite. It was my daughters first time getting acrylic. He was very patient with her. The lady that did mine was very sweet and did an amazing job on my nails.
