I will honestly never step foot in this place again unless Vyan is there to do my nails. She is absolutely amazing- talented, sweet, and professional. I went to get my nails done on my birthday and unfortunately Vyan was not there. I was seated at a young man’s table. He immediately seemed uncomfortable with what I’d wanted, so I settled for a simple set without designs. I requested my nails to be medium length stiletto. He kept shaping them as square. I corrected him gently, telling him, “No i want stiletto” he then proceeded to say “yes stiletto,” pointing to the square shape he’d done on the first one. I again corrected, “no stiletto is pointy”, even went so far as showing him more photos. (I’d already shown him photos of what i wanted.) He said “ok pointy.” and rolled his eyes at me. He then started speaking to the other nail technicians in Vietnamese. He was making head gestures in my direction, and using a mocking tone saying “stiletto” many times - language barrier or otherwise the tone made it VERY clear i was blatantly being mocked and made fun of. They were all laughing, and making a mocking tone saying “stiletto” over and over again. I finally had enough and spoke up and stood up for myself. I told them i did not come in on my birthday to be made fun of. Another woman made an excuse and says “you misunderstand, I’m explaining what stiletto means to him, that’s all. You just misunderstand.” Look, i did NOT misinterpret the body language and tone being used. I was blatantly and unapologetically mocked. He completed my nails mostly in silence after i called them out and told them i didn’t believe their excuse. My nails ended up uneven, awkward, and the thumbs especially are way shorter than the agreed upon length, and look funny… but i just wanted to get the hell out of there. As soon as he was done, i paid, and ran to my car where i cried the whole way home. My birthday was awful; the whole experience was awful. My previous experience with Vyan would earn five stars- but based on this recent experience i want to give ZERO stars. Previously i was offered a beverage and treated with respect. Then on my BIRTHDAY, treated like crap, not offered a drink, and made a mockery of. I’m disgusted that I’ve sent so many of my customers at both of my jobs to this salon now. It makes me feel embarrassed! I only hope the awful treatment i received was a one off and they are kind to the people I’ve sent there. So now i get to have nails i hate that remind me of how awful turning 40 was for the next few weeks. I cry when i look at them. 😭 What an awful bunch of disrespectful and unprofessional people. Editing to add my set that Vyan did that i loved, vs my birthday ruining nails.

I’ve come here a few times and the last two visits were really good. Shoutout to the male nail tech who did my nails about 4 weeks ago I loved how they turned out! Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very different. The tech seemed rushed and the first time she did my nails, I didn’t like the style and the quality wasn’t good. I asked for a different color, and while she was removing the old polish she filed too aggressively and ended up wounding my nail. It was even bleeding a little and now, two days later, it’s still sore and uncomfortable. Getting my nails done should be relaxing, but instead it left me in pain. Sadly, this time I was just unlucky.

Elite nails is hands down the best nail salon in Lawton. The service is superior! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely talented. The facility is clean and they have a wide variety of products. Vyann did my daughter’s nails and was able to recreate her chosen design beautifully. Our pedicures were amazing! Dylan and David give the best pedicures we’ve ever had! Kim did my tap gel nails and they came out perfect! Highly recommend!

I'm only giving one star because I have to. This deserves negative stars! I had Lisa do my nails and they came out absolutely horrible. They came out so wide and bulky, looking like the back of a damn Buick! When I asked her to fix them she seemed to have an attitude and didn't speak to me the rest of the appointment, as if me asking her to fix my nails was too much! DO NOT GO TO LISA! SHE EVEN CUT ME AND MADE ME BLEED ! | didn't have time to get them redone so now I will have to go somewhere else. MONEY AND TIME WASTED! This is unacceptable! The environment of this shop isn't conducive to being pampered or feeling at ease, it was the absolute opposite. Save your money & time! DO NOT GO HERE! My nails are aching as I type this because of how harsh she was.( the last two pictures are what I asked for)

Right when i sat in the chair the guy was already getting nail glue all over my fingers and then switched me to a girl which made me already want to leave at the start, iv’e also had my nails for a week and they feel very week and look grown out, i also told them 4 times i didnt want a gem and to replace it with polish please and the lady still continued with giving me a gem. i also spent $60.
