2025-10-05I went yesterday October 8 to get my nails done Kitty was my nail tech and she did absolutely amazing!!!!! She really took her time to make sure they were right, the shape was phenomenal 😁. I told Kitty this was for my son's graduation from the Army and I had a vision in mind I wanted the Army star on my finger for the design and not only did she give the Army Star she nailed it free handed!!!! Thank you again Lotus Nails you guys are always amazing 😍

2023-06-16I had a wonderful experience today at Lotus. I wanted something simple and they delivered. They were a little busy but to me that means good business and that they have a good hustle, all impressive to me! They communicated great, I didn’t feel rushed or like my time wasn’t important. I will absolutely be back! 10/10.

2024-09-11I had the most horrible experience. The guy I had rushed everything. Bubbled up and thick polish.. He was so rude. My feet look awful too. I hardly ever get to treat myself and to spend the amount I did and it be a horrid experience is awful. I now have to find someone to take this God awful polish off my nails. It’s so thick it’s heavy. EDITED TO ADD: The thick polish is already peeling up and water is going underneath it. Just a few hours later!!!

2023-11-04First time I have ever gotten my nails done here. It's very clean, they have massage chairs you can sit in while you wait to get started, and the employees are all super nice! My nails look gorgeous! I'll definitely be back. To try ALL of the services they offer.

2021-12-16My cuticles were bleeding and the lady was so rough and fast with my nails. I told her i wanted shellac and she was persistent that i used powder so i caved and said ok. Her powder had glitter specs and it ruined my nude nails. My fault for giving in. Worst experience.
