El Reno Nail Spa

I went on July 4th at 4:30. Whenever I set the appointment the lady who answered the phone was the absolute kindest, she was so nice. My friend and I went together and I got Lynn(i think that’s right?) and oh my god, she is amazing!! she is super freaking nice and my friend got Hailey(?) and she was also super nice! i love the comfy atmosphere and everything and everyone were super relaxed, very friendly atmosphere. I am so glad we came here and i would totally come back again! ($75 for the whole set and it was $88 with tip. pretty cheap!)

This evening I went to my first appointment at ElReno Nail Salon. And I need to give a shout out to Three excellent workers! But let me share my experience as well! Right from the moment I walked into the environment it was very clean and cozy, there was a great Christmas station in the background playing also. And in the past at OTHER stores I’ve noticed that I’m constantly having to wait even though a scheduled an appointment. But after booking online late the night before- I was greeted with a confirmation question asked by the confident Logan. Instead of having me confirm who I was all I had to say was my scheduled time and he knew what I was there for based off my booking! So I already felt very cared for, and I was brought in by the very kind Anna! She did a great job, the water was already ran for my pedicure and the water was a beautiful template, other locations can’t seem to compete. They were very kind and considerate. She constantly made sure my chair was massaging my back and constantly asked me if I was happy with her work. She knew exactly what I wanted leaving me room to feel comfortable and not need to check in! After this great care by Anna, I was greeted by the beautiful Trina!! She was amazing along with the other two, no time was wasted. And the hospitality she showed me through her great technique and care was outstanding! I’ve always gotten French tips on my nails but I’ve always had to cut in during the appointment to clarify due to the one working on my hands not seeming completely confident! But her work spoke for her confidence. And I wasn’t worried at all! She engaged in conversation and gently started up conversations! And the French tips were absolutely perfect! I just received the classic gel on my natural nails! She nailed my natural shape and finished off with a beautiful symmetrical line for each tip! THIS IS VERY HARD TO FIND! And Logan also made me feel extra special by making sure the colour I wanted to receive for the nude part was spot on! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Because of the three of them I will definitely be back again!!!

The first time I went here I loved this place. I recently went and had a bad experience. I got a gel polish on top of acrylic and the corner of my nail chipped off including the gel and acrylic not even 24 hours later. Was going to go get it fixed today but this morning it chipped back more revealing wet and sticky gel polish..don’t think I will go back to them.

I had a great time. My friend and I went for my birthday and the ladies in there were so nice. They did an Amazing job on our nails. Absolutely can’t wait to go again.

My daughter and I have been struggling to find a new nail home…until today. When we walked in they were busy but eager to get us seated and taken care of! With a perfect amount of professionalism and personable behavior my daughter went first and loved her nails! Then they began working on my nails! They did amazing on both our nails then the pedicures were simply out of this world! Will definitely be going back for all our future nail needs!
