Durant Nails

This was my first time at this salon, and I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I went in with a picture of what I wanted It was very simple I was told it would be 50 dollars, I then also requested no dip only gel and dip ended up being put on my nails when I asked about it, I was told it was not dip I asked a 2nd time and was told it was going to be okay. The lady doing my nails hurt me and burnt me multiple times when I told her it was hurting me, I was yelled at by her. 2 children came in during my time there throwing shoes and screaming very unprofessional for a business in my opinion. The girl left in the middle of my service and a guy started doing it, I asked for simple white dots, and they did not look right whatsoever. When it came to paying, I was told it would be 65 I told him that is not what I was told when I showed the picture, he called the lady that told me, and she again started yelling and told me not to come back which at this point I promise you do not have to worry about. After all of the poor service I received I asked for a refund they took my fake tips off even though they did not put them on I came in for a fill and left my natural nails looking absolutely awful. I was sharing my experience with a friend and she told me someone she knew went there and got nail fungus. I would not step foot in this place if I were you unless you would like poor service.

I visited Durant Nails for the first time 3/17/23. I was very impressed with my technician Tinny. The salon is very clean and smells delicious. All of the technicians were warm and welcoming. I got a basic pedicure and left feeling like I had been on a 2 week vacation. I will be going back monthly to this wonderful salon. I'm posting the pedicure part of their menu but like all other businesses, prices are subject to change. The basic manicure was worth every penny.

I got my nails done here today and took my baby (four years old) for her first manicure. She absolutely adored the workers. They helped me keep her entertained as she waited for me to finish getting my nails done, and they kept her laughing. My nails look wonderful, and I will be going back. It was clean and relaxing, on top of good customer service and fair pricing. Please, give them a try if you haven’t already.

Durant Nails is hands-down (pardon the pun) the best nail salon I have been to. They are friendly, the venue is clean, and the techs are very attentive to detail. I have never left dissatisfied.

Getting my nails done gives me CRAZY bad anxiety, but I had such a good time here today! They gave me exactly what I wanted, did it quickly, AND for a good price. They are also just the sweetest people, and super fun to talk to. I will most definitely be back!
