2025-07-22DO NOT GO HERE! They messed up my nails so bad they broke off the next day and when I called the owner to ask for repair because they were so thin, it seemed like no acrylic had been used, he not only blamed me but yelled at me and accused me of lying. They were so unprofessional and mean. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 yrs and NEVER had a problem like this.

2025-07-31I’ve heard many great things about this place, so I decided to give it a try, sadly I was disappointed. Walking in with my mom we asked for manicures and pedicures. We both decided to get the deluxe packages and they were not up to our standards. The guy doing my mom’s nails did not go through with grooming her toenails/feet properly, just straight to massaging with lotion as if he was in a rush and wanted to get the service over with. When finished with our pedicures, he led my mom to go get her manicure, meanwhile the other guy left me in the chair waiting. When I look up, I see him already working on someone else and completely forgetting me. They did not say anything to me just simply finished and left me waiting there with no explanation. If they had at least communicated with me then I’d have no reason to be upset but instead of doing that, they left me sitting there like an idiot while they proceeded to help the next customer. By far one of the worst experiences I have experienced at a nail salon.
