i had went into this nail salon for the first time on Sunday and did not like what i got the first time, (due to my own faulty judgement). i went back in yesterday after work. the managers were so understanding, kind, and polite!! they got me in very fast and made sure i left with exactly what i wanted. i can say that i have never experienced a nail salon as great as them! thank you all very much!🤍

I don't think I have ever been so pleased with a walk in set! I am super picky and have no issue speaking up however I had nothing to say! Kayla was so kind and funny, she absolutely killed the shape, which I am very particular about, and payed close attention to each nail making sure it was clear of fuzz or minor imperfections. For a busy Saturday I was sat and started in under 20 minutes as a walk in, beyond pleased with my set and service from Kayla and look forward to booking with her in the future!

Vin has been my go to guy for a while now. He is always on point. Never perfect, but he knows exactly what I like. I’m very picky about my nails, and he almost always nails it. I like getting designs around the holidays and if Vin can’t do it (to his liking) there are other techs that are so talented at nail art. I have never had bad customer service, I have never experienced any upset clients, nice chill vibe.

Just left Mauve Nail Salon in Edmond, OK and I’m OBSESSED with my nails! Emily absolutely SLAYED it!! Beautiful? ✔️ Precise? ✔️ Perfect shape? ✔️✔️✔️ She took the time to make sure my colors and glitter matched before applying anything — talk about attention to detail! I loved this nail salon and always walked out with a great set. BUT I feel as if the quality of service and pricing were not always consistent. If it was slow, it was a nice experience and it felt I was charged less. If it was busy, it felt rushed and was possibly charged more than the same service and polish I received the time before. My most recent experience there, I believe I may have been accidentally double booked and I had scheduled for a full acrylic set. The girl that I had scheduled with seemed to be rushed, and ultimately decided that to spare time, instead of soaking off my previous nails, she was going to cut them short and rip the acrylic off with a nail tip. Shoving the nail tip under the acrylic on my nail beds, and prying them up. She asked me if I was doing ok and I told her it hurt, but she kept ripping them off anyway. Another girl came over to watch over her shoulder and didn't say anything. It genuinely was so painful, and I almost walked out without finishing the service I was so upset. Never in my life have I ever experienced that at a salon. I'm so disappointed. I loved this place but after that I will not come back.
