On the one occasion I had to wait longer than expected, they kindly gave me a $5 coupon, which really showed their commitment to customer service. I now see Tony, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s attentive, gives honest recommendations, and always makes sure I leave loving my nails. The salon itself is bright, clean, and beautiful, and their hours are super flexible, which I appreciate with my busy schedule. 2025-08-26I’m not going to give these guys too bad of a rating because I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now and they have always done me right. However, in these last couple of months I’ve been very disappointed and after today’s appointment I’m just altogether done coming here. My nail tech was put out, sloppy and rough the whole time and it shows in her work. The shape is not what I asked for, the gel was just thrown on and not shaped because it’s thick and clumpy and stuck to my fingers while other parts of my nail are completely bare. I have my engagement photos this weekend and these nails are almost embarrassing. After spending 65 + tip on them now I feel like I need to go get them redone.
