I used to hate going to the nail salon but that was before I came to Pearl Nails and met Hannah! She helped me find my perfect nail shape and length for my wedding and my nails were absolutely perfect. I've been getting hybrid gel here for 6 months now and I will NEVER go to another salon because this one is by far the best ❤️

I LOVE Pearl Nails! Every time I go there everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait for long. And Hanna is amazing! She’s obviously been doing nails a long time, because my nails are absolutely beautiful when she’s done!

* Manager reached out to my review to offer to fix my nails but when I called to get in, I was told the manager was away for 3 weeks and they are too busy to fix my nails. She suggested I call in 2 weeks to rectify the issue. My stars just got lower because regardless if the manager was in or not, they should of prioritized their mistake and that I have BACTERIA festering beneath my nail due to poor execution. I will not recommend them to anyone with this outcome.* I was disappointed their prices increased but what really made me the most displeased were the tips glued on are terribly glued to my natural nail so gunk is getting under 1 and the other snapped today. I'm on day 3 and it's 8:30 PM so they are closed and I can't go back to fix it today. I don't live close either. I'm tossed up if I will ever return primarily because I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I get that it gets tiring doing the same thing every day but I get my nails done rarely. It's a treat for me and I know what I like done. I am sure to tell you when I don't like something and communicate through the process because I need to like them when I walk out, not you. I pointed out the real shape I wanted and was presented with a sigh and annoyed filing. It is more of a full almond shape when my natural nails were between almond/round, I kept asking for a file with the shape they were but even. You have good quality and great techs when it comes to application but I can't justify the cost because I can't get an enjoyable experience while I'm there.
