Nail It Salon

Just moved here and went to two other places before them that ruined my nails. Nail It was recommended by someone and I loved them! Vickie was so helpful and my nails look perfect. I have found my new nail place! This is the place to go for nails! Worth the 20 minute drive!

First time with dip powder. Had my nails done on Saturday, already clear coat coming off. Also had dips in my nails. I probably won't be doing this again. This store does not do acrylic so they took it off gave me a extension. Also paid for nail art which the lady was kind and tired but I would appreciate it more if they said they couldn't do it. I work a desk job so im not doing hard labor with my hands. I expected the quality to last longer.Paid about $80 plus 20% of the tip.

What I asked for vs what I got. I showed the first pic on arrival, the lady said they had chrome powder and assured me they could do it. Second pic is the result…… staff were very sweet and I wish they’d just told me they couldn’t do what I was asking instead of trying to substitute glitter…

Very relaxing when I was there (Sunday afternoon), all friendly staff, online booking was a breeze, was offered a free beverage, everyone wearing a mask because of Covid, clean, most customers there are regulars. I purchased the 'Summer Pedicure'....so nice, I really needed that....detail oriented in regards to polish. I love my toes and my feet feel fabulous!

I've been going to this salon for a while now and I really won't be going back again. Everytime I bring in a design I like they say "I can't do it". I asked for an ombre they can't do it, I ask for cat eye, they can't do it. I even asked for half glitter they still said they can't do it. I always have to settle with simple nails and no designs. Not to mention the quality of the nails is also horrible, they break after 2 days. The girl I book with is extremely rude and last time i went in I asked for coffin nails, she said they won't look good with my short nails so I agreed, but she proceeded to charge me 5 extra dollars. Overall I've had bad experiences but kept going back and hoping that can change but it's always the same result.
