2025-09-22Amy was awesome. Very attention to detail my favorite nails I’ve ever had. They closed at 5pm and we finished up at 6:15. They had the best attitudes and gave us a welcome gifts for being a first time client of theirs. The bathrooms were so clean and cute. The salon was decorated Halloween themed for the holiday. I would highly recommend this place!

2025-12-10I got a gel x extension manicure with a green cat eye. I asked for small almond shaped and a rich, Christmas green. I got exactly that. The woman who did my nails was amazing, paying attention to every detail and making sure my odd, short and fat nail beds had flattering nails on them. I love this place for the fact that the manicures are often silent. If you hate talking to people like me this is a great place to go to for nails. Done beautifully and I didn’t have to make up small talk.

2025-08-09This was my first time here and I absolutely LOVED it! I have been to a handful of salons around the area but GEM is top notch! Mia did my nails and she did amazing! She asked me questions throughout the whole thing to make sure I was liking my nails instead of assuming! She was kind, patient and so sweet!! All the staff was super warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend 1,000,000%!!!

2025-11-20Got me in , was quick, literally 30 mins, 4 star instead of 5 as I asked for sculpting no fake nail as it messes up my nail bed, and she said $53, sculpting is overlay with added length. No fake nail, but the lady just did overlay, no sculpting for length and when I asked if she was going to sculpt to ad length the nail tech said they don’t do that they can only do fake nail for length… if I had known that I would have went somewhere who did that… I paid $48 for no length… sad as I haven’t gotten my nails done in years and it was a treat to myself and I didn’t get what I wanted. It’s okay, I will still go back as they were quick and let’s be honest to get your nails done for less than $50 is still good price.. just wanted length without the fake nail to tear up my nail bed and it was already half way done so I’m not going to be complicated and have her waste her time..
