Elite Nails

I was a new walk in customer to get a fill done and I came 2 hours before closing. I seen that they had many 5 star reviews so I gave them a shot. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. I felt that the nail tech rushed on my nails. I understand wanting to get in as many customers as possible but it’s also important to treat them with the same care as a scheduled visit. I wasn’t in a rush so if they didn’t have the time either, I would’ve went to the next salon without an issue. Anyway, the nail tech was rough with my nails. Even caused my cuticles to bleed with the overuse of the nail drill machine and not being careful or more tender. Other nail salons have taken their time and have also done other procedures that I noticed he didn’t do. He didn’t have me wash my hands after using the drill machine and so some of the particles of the acrylic can be seen in my nails, giving them a speckled look. The nail tech also didn’t put any cuticle oil on so my cuticles came out looking rougher than what I came in the salon with. Again, due to the overuse of the drill machine. You can see for yourself in the pictures. At this time, I wouldn’t rate my experience 5 stars. I truly felt rushed out of there, sadly. Might come back another time to give them another shot, but this time with an appointment. Then again, I may stick to Kim’s Nails.

I went to Elite nails for the first time with my friend to get our nails done for her wedding. We originally went in and they were busy, so the lady there said she could take us at 6. She fit us in last minute and it was so nice. We each had a picture of what we wanted and the people here absolutely nailed it. Not only did they make our nails look amazing, they were so kind and funny! We had such a great experience with them and cannot wait to continue going back.

First time here, I struggle really bad with picking at my cuticles and biting my nails so they looked absolutely awful and I’m sure were a pain to try to work with. I apologized profusely when I sat down (embarrassed because I’ve been places where they have remarks about it), and Vinny - who’s THE BEST ever - said “No judgement here, most people have something they deal with, and I can fix it for you” when I say I almost cried, I literally almost burst into tears. You need nails? Elite Nails is where it’s at. Make an appointment, ask for Vinny, and tip him real good. He’s worth it.

Love this place! Tracy is my nail tech and she does amazing! Her nail art is beautiful 😍. She really has an eye for what looks good.
