They did such a fantastic job and got my 4th of July nails perfect.

I went here (as a walk in) for 2 pedicure and a mani. As in Regular manicure. A man did my pedicure and he was fabulous. A woman "rushed" me through manicure, charged $45 and didn't get soap in my soaking water, red polish on my skin and zero massage or even lotion ony hands after. My cuticles bled from her cutting them so dry. She was rather irritated and seemed to be in a rush. $45 for her to paint my nails!?!?! So basically manicure and pedi were $90. I didn't even. Get polish on my toes bc I just want the massage and toes clean and cut. The nails though. $45 for polish on my nails and skin. I JUST relocated to Mounsdville from.out of state and will gladly.drive elsewhere and pay that type of money for better service. Lynn may or may not have been her name

This was my first time going here an they were really nice. My nail stylist did an outstanding job on my nails. Tho the design was a lill complex(looked simple) he did an amazing job an also made sure I was doing ok during the process. I love how they came out. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends an will be coming back again.

This was my favorite place to go to get my nails done. However the experience i had last time i will never be back and its very unfortunate because there are some very talented people here. I was have a rough day and figured id treat myself to my first pedicure. The lady was beyond nice and helpful and did a great job. I think she was in a rush though because she forgot to paint my one toe. I wasn’t upset because its a easy fix i can do at home but paying $55 I shouldn’t have to. What made me not want to come back was the experience i had with the one guy nail tech. I dont think he meant to come off as rude but he did. I was after someone else and he didnt clean or sanitize anything after the previous person. I should have left then but i didnt care too much at the time. But i showed him a few design inspirations to go off of. I wanted the base color to be the same as my toes and have a lighter pink as the design. He told me that would be ugly and he refused to listen to what i wanted on my nails. I proceeded to have a anxiety attack over it no fault to him but it definitely could have been avoided. Since i was crying i kept wiping my tears away and moving a little bit and instead of allowing me to get some fresh air he told me to stay still and that i was messing him up while having this rude attitude about the situation. Then a few days pass i had a trip to visit maryland so thats why im writing this a little late. But my nails are pealing off and chipping within a week. I am very upset over this as this was the first time i left upset crying. I spent $140 on both my nails and a pedicure and i now have to take them off. I will not be back. I hope that guy gets better at handling customers. I also had to edit my positive review for this one which brakes my heart even more. This was the only time that i wasn’t happy with my nails.
