I was traveling for work and needed a little self-care — specifically some filler touch-ups. I found this gem, Willow Medical Aesthetic & Wellness, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and every staff member who passed by smiled and said hello. I had the pleasure of having Kristin as my injector. She was incredibly thorough during the consultation and truly understood what I was hoping to achieve. She was so gentle — I didn’t bruise at all. Hands of an angel! I had never had any facials or skin treatments before, and I didn’t even have a solid skincare routine. I booked a skin consultation with Cheyenne, and she has been absolutely amazing! She created a personalized daily routine for me and even walked me through each step to help me understand how to improve my skin. After just 10 weeks, I’m seeing a huge difference and feeling so much more confident. Cheyenne explains everything clearly, is incredibly kind, and always makes sure you’re comfortable. I’m so glad I booked with her. I look forward to my monthly appointment!!

On the med spa side, Cady is great! She takes the time to answer any and every random question and is great about keeping a naturally young face. On the esthetician side, Kaycee is super knowledgable about everything - all products and all services! And willing to help with questions in between visits. Anything in a med spa is a $$ investment, but I'm happy to spend that money here.

Had an appointment with Cheyenne today and loved it! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly! I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Very nice place!
