We went as a group for the massage and facial special. the esthetician was awesome I loved my facial. The massage tech was new and tried but had no clue what she was doing. The website price when we booked for 4 was $156.00 for that package before tax. After our appointment the tried to charge over 200 dollars. The manager stated the 156.00 was the old price. But honored it when I showed her the site we booked off of. It’s a cute salon, just need to get LMTs instead of techs with more experience. The lunch was pretty good on the patio.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. My hair is fried off because they aren't trained well enough to handle a simple bleach and tone. Ruined my experience and girls kept chatting about homophobic topics. That's unacceptable and should be kept private. Do not come here.

My hairstylist, Erica, did an amazing job! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get their hair done. I had my hair cut (lots of layers with curtain bangs), had a blonde ombre done, and had it curled. I am so happy with how it turned out.

I had an appointment today with Nicole. My concern was about the condition of my hair and what I could do to to make it look better. I came armed with photos and Lengthy explanations. She was so patient and kind but most of all really listened then took her experienced hand and did a phenomenal haircut. Also gave me tips for my concerns. Cannot tell you how very much I appreciate her talent, kindness, and ability to make me feel good about myself Thanks a million Nicole!! See you again 😊

I have never paid 200.00 for a color. My daughter was taken advantage of with her first experience in this salon. Erica never told her how much the color would cost, did her hair and then charged her 200.00 for a color that looked unprofessional. Erica stated she did not give a price as she didn't kow what she was getting into. Cant you look at a person's head and know the cost of color. Really??? The owner felt this was okay and would not even take the time to listen to my complaints. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family and will make sure they are aware of the unprofessional and outrageous cost. I us B Squared in Sidney with great results and reasonable price. Only gave 1 star because I had to, would have given a ZERO!!!
