Jenniffer & Co

The website is a hot mess! Once you hit buy gift card the weird spaced page comes up then, after you choose the shipping and amount of the card it takes you to the screen that is cut off on the left side. You cannot navigate back to your cart to edit anything. I tried Chrome & Edge just in case it was some sort of browser thing same on both. UPDATE: They did as they said fixed the Issue, it does do some sort of glitch when moving from the choice screen to the cart where it opens many 'terminal' windows like a virus attempting to load. other than that it was much better!

Today was my 2nd massage with Lily H. My 1st was a couple months ago for a relaxation session. ...Amazing! I came back today to be pampered w/ a Deep Tissue session & ended up really needing it as I woke w/ a very bad migraine. Her work is absolutely glorious!! Perfect pressure & I felt much relieved & thankful after. Can't wait to book more w/ her. Followed by my 1st haircut with Meghan K. I had low expectations. I've been trying to get a particular very layered long cut for a couple years now & didn't mention to her that everyone previous to her has failed. She...did...fantastic!! I was so thrilled to have tons of layers, she cut my bangs perfectly. Usually, I have to tell a stylist a couple times what I mean, but she was perfect the 1st time. She cut them exactly like the photo I showed her. I also have a side buzz that has gotten kind of sloppy as I do it every week myself. She cleaned it up w/out me even asking. I went into Jenn & Co feeling migraine miserable & after my massage with Lily & haircut by Meghan - I left feeling happy, thankful & amazing.

Not sure how hairstylists keep track of what their clients get done each time they come but I did not get my usual. I am not sure why because this hasn't happened before. Disappointed the next day to see it wasn't the same. On a better note, the person who had schedule this appt for me last month, had it in the system as a hair cut but it wasn't for a hair cut as I had just gotten my hair cut there. They were willing to accommodate the correct appt for me on Saturday even though it was going to take longer time.

Kelly does a phenomenal job with my monthly foot massages. She is very caring and takes the time to talk with you. The owner Jen P. has been cutting my hair for years. She does an excellent job on my personal grooming needs. Very caring. If you don't have any of these services I would highly recommend you contacting Jenniffer & Company they will take great care of you!!!

I have always loved Jennifer and Co. for my hair needs. It is a very well run and professional establishment. I would like to give a shout out to Jess Brewster! She is a fantastic person and her skills are amazing! I went in feeling very frustrated with my hair and left feeling like a brand new person. Not only was Jess able to transform my hair but she is extremely kind and fun to converse with. Please consider Jennifer and Co. And Jess for your next hair appointment or needs.
