Actual appointment was fine, Tracy was pleasant and complimented me on my color which I’d done at home. I found it odd that she recommended washing my hair in ice cold water (something I already do) while shampooing my hair with hot water but I figured it wasn’t a big deal. I told her that my hair needed blended layers because it’s thick and can look really choppy. I was mildly concerned with her blending shears technique but figured, she’s a professional, she knows what she’s doing. She turned me away from the mirror for the blow-dry, again, not uncommon because it makes it easier for the stylist to not have to shimmy between the client and the vanity console. She asked if she could do curls, I should have said no but thought what the heck, I never have time to curl my own hair so I said yes. It looked great! The price was reasonable and I was out within the hour after leaving her a 50% tip. I washed my hair the next day and blow dried it and that’s where everything fell apart - it looks like I let my 5 year old hack my hair off with a pair of kitchen scissors. I haven’t had a professional haircut in 5 years because I’ve just done my own trims but my shears were blunt and I decided to treat myself. Devastated is an understatement. I’ve called and left a message to try and get a refund but haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully they do the right thing, I’ll be fixing this myself but definitely don’t feel like I should have paid for this.

Horrible experience I wish I could leave a half star. Maddie is horribly rude I will never return. 0/10 rating just for hiring this horrendous human. And her work is mediocre at best. Definitely not worth dealing with her attitude.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I had both a haircut and a manicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me a haircut that perfectly suits my face shape and lifestyle. My nails look stunning, and the nail technician paid such attention to detail, making sure everything was flawless. The atmosphere was relaxing and the salon was clean and modern. I’ll definitely be returning for my next beauty treatment! Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch hair and nail services. 5 stars all the way!

You can talk all day about what an amazing job Shelby does on your nails with polish and design, but what happens after the polish comes off I believe is a true testament to her talent. My nails are healthy, strong and beautiful. I am so thankful for the care she takes when taking off gel polish to assure to not damage my natural nails. ❤️
