Lovely experience at Derma Nails Spa with Shauna perfecting my pedicure and Ellie beautifully polishing my nails with naturally looking gel x. I appreciate great service and pleasant personalities. Farrah was absolutely is the best nail tech they have there. She took a special care to make sure that my nails work repaired and safe from all fungus or future problems from improper nail installation. She took longer than most people to rectify the problem and to make sure everything was correct. I appreciate her attention to detail and I'm very pleased with my nails now. This nail salon knows how to make the wrong a right. Because when I walked in I had a problem from my previous experience. The tech that I had before needed more training or something and if not she needs to get new training on how to install nails properly on the nail bed. I'm glad I came in when I did because it could have been worse damage. Plus the nails kept coming off it was about four nails popping off. I was highly upset yet. I explained what happened to the manager and she assured me that she would make sure everything will be taken care of in this time the nails would be done right. Farrah took the care and the time to take my old nails off and redid All the nails from scratch. If it wasn't for that I would never come back. Thank you so much for also giving me a discount after it too

Ina is an amazing nail tech! She was super friendly. I am a cosmetology student with aspirations of becoming a nail tech. She conversed with me about the market in Columbus versus her country of Albania. Very refreshing. She did a cute set of nails for leukemia awareness as we are losing my grandmother this week. Thanks so much!!! This is the first set of nails I have ever had using builder gel and I love how natural they appear.
