Silver Nails

I had gone into the salon today expecting to get great service that i have always received and was greatly disappointed. I had shown the man that greeted me two pictures of what I wanted and decided to go with the blue set that is shown. When it came down to painting the design it was a disaster. I was told the set would be $77 which when adding everything up made no sense but still continued on with the appointment. The man had picked a color that was no where near the shade in the picture and when asked for chrome on the design he had picked a white color (for the base of my nails) instead of blue (for the design). He had informed me it would be $10 for chrome which i agreed to and then proceeded to tell me my set was now $97 which I had corrected him from the previous price I was given. After saying this I realized I was not getting what I wanted along with an enjoyable experience. At this point I was over the appointment and showed him a dark bronze chrome set, which is not what I got, I was extremely disappointed and very upset at the outcome of my nails. I am now going to someone else to fix them as I leave for vacation and do not want my nails in this condition at all. I have came to this salon before and always gotten an amazing experience, this time around I was getting upcharged prices, design that I did not come in wanting and now needing to pay someone else to fix my nails.

I love coming here the atmosphere is very pleasant. The nail techs are very funny and very nice. Whether it be your first time coming or a steady customer you'll be treated with loving kindness. Come one Come all they have a Deluxe pedicure sale with 10% off on Tuesday from Nov - Feb. 🥰

It was very clean and sanitary ( as always) I got a fill and needed my nails to be considerably shorter this time. The gentleman Tony was so polite and attentive to my needs. I would recommend them to everybody.

I love my pedicure every time I go and see Emily, she does an amazing job. I suffer from arthritis and neuropathy and her massages, hot towels and hot stones are awesome on my legs and feet. Silver nails is an awesome place and very relaxing.

Did a beautiful job! They were all so nice and welcoming! Definitely going back!
