Sassy Nails Spa II

I had a great experience! Helen did an amazing job on these, she made them look so much like my reference photo! They are strong and are lasting really great! I’m so happy with how they turned out!

I had high hopes for this salon considering the reviews, but when myself and my mother in law went we were highly disappointed in the service and outcome of our nails. They were such in a rush to finish our sets so they could work on the next customers it felt like there was no time and care put into them considering I got a full set with just a single color and no extras and it was 70$! I more than likely won’t be back.

Good at designs but very overpriced. I got this set done and they did not use builder gel on pinky just paint. and it cost 96 dollars. Definitely not worth it and my friends gems fell off next day. that’s not the photo of my nails but my inspo.

customer service was TERRIBLE!! used the same files and implements on everyone and when i spoke up about it they told me it would be okay. i asked for long square with french tip and the photo below is what i got. terrible job im pissed. the place wasn't even full and i waited almost 40min to a hour for my appointment, even after i called and they told me they could take me. as i was waiting there was a worker was laying in the pedicure chairs sleep… 0/10 experience j wouldn’t recommended.

Way overpriced for what you get. There are many other places with better service and better prices, so I do not recommend this salon at all. ***I think you’re mistaken, I’ve only been to your salon a few times, definitely not “so many times.” The first visit was fine, which is why I came back again, but it’s been a long time since my last visit, and now I remember why. Yes, I did ask for a full set with an almond shape and French design, but that doesn’t justify the price being that high, especially considering the overall quality and rushed service. And it’s not just me who feels this way , several other reviews mention the same issue about being overcharged. Also, the way you’ve responded publicly to a customer says a lot about your professionalism😂😂. I wasn’t trying to argue; I simply shared an honest experience. Thank you for reminding me why I won’t be returning
