Rose Nails in Green

My first time at Rose Nails in Green and I loved the experience. I think they had great and fast customer service. My friend and I were walking in’s—we wanted to get our toes done—and from what it looked like it was busy. We thought that we were going to have to wait a while, but they attended to us real fast. My girl Moon and Ben were awesome! For a pedicure, acrylic toes, and design prices were fair. Overall I highly recommend.

I had a nice experience here! I showed my inspiration picture twice and they were able to replicate it exactly. I did feel like the drill was rough on my cuticles at times but I don’t get my nails done often so I may just not be used to it, if I flinched from it I was asked if I was okay though and that I appreciated, all in all would come again! 🩷

I have been using Rose Nails in Green for several Months now. I have been very happy with my nails each time. I have had several different nail techs and they have all paid attention to detail, and done an amazing job! Yesterday I went in with a picture of what I wanted for my trip to Disney for 4th of July, and they nailed it! I am so happy with my pedicure and manicure! They look exactly how I hoped they would!

Love this salon, very busy for a reason but they have a lot of personnel! Always packed and they keep people moving and happy 🥰 here are my nails from the last two times (3d and nail art, yeah I am extra 🤣y toddlers looooove my nails) and I am going to continue to treat myself, because my nail tech was a blast to joke and chat with, and they offered a snack and drink as you wait or are being serviced. Cute nail art, and nice people! 🥰 (Pic with the dandelions is 3 WEEKS OLD! They grew out great!!)

I am very disappointed. I went here to get my nails done 7/22/25 and by 7/28 my nails were peeling off. In the beginning it was only two nails. I called 7/29/25 and spoke to JOY who I informed that I could come in and get my nails fixed. I informed her that I have a tight work schedule she said “Okay, that’s fine. Come we will fix”. I went in after leaving work EARLY to show her my 3 nails that are completely peeled off and 2 thumb nails that are halfway off and she walked me around the salon with the expectancy of me pointing out the guy who did my nails to pay the other person for fixing them. I explained to her that I could not identify exactly who did them as they have on mask and this was my VERY first time coming for service. I then told her it’s hard because truthfully they all favor one another and I could not remember exactly who did my nails. At this point customers are laughing, but I was being so serious. She then proceeds to ask me if I remember the color I got knowing they have 1000 colors swatches. Granted I got a neon yellow, but it’s so many different ones I can’t remember the exact one. I felt very embarrassed at this point so I left out. Regardless of the fact customer service is customer service! This was very poor.
