Apex Nail Studio

Salon is clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel comfortable and at ease every time I go. Everyone is so nice. Cece is not only very talented but is able to turn my requests into beautiful designs every time! And her work lasts for weeks. Highly recommend!

Samantha was awesome. She was able to trim and reshape a nail that I couldn’t get filled bc the cuticle was damaged. She did an amazing job. She was polite and funny. I love the way she angled the underside of the nail it works great with my sewing. I don’t have to fight for grip to pick up the small things I need to.

I took myself and a friend here for her to get a gel manicure and me a gel x set for the first time. We are from out of town, and had recently had not-the-best experience at a different nail studio, and wanted to see what Apex had to offer. Not only is the salon very well kept, but Cece is a very kind and talented nail technician! I see myself getting a fill at this salon in the future. if any of my university friends ask about nail artists, i will for sure send them to Apex!

I had an appointment for a fill-in at this nail shop, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. When I arrived, I informed Christina, the owner, that I wanted French tips. Despite having made an online appointment, she told me she couldn’t do French tips because I hadn’t specifically booked for them and she stated that she didn’t have the time.. but later it turned out she had the time all along and didn’t care about what I wanted. Christina applied a polish without confirming if I liked it, which I didn’t. When I requested a different color, another technician had to redo them while Christina sat there, talked and ate. It felt like she just didn’t want to bother giving me what I asked for. She is unprofessional and seems to pick and choose when to do good work. Furthermore, Christina claimed there was only one solid white polish available, but another technician was able to provide the exact white I wanted. This inconsistency was frustrating. I tried to support a Black-owned business, but Christina’s attitude and lack of professionalism was disappointing. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to consider their options carefully before visiting. Look at the pictures that the OWNER did. 😒

They did amazing I had Cece and she took her time and did exactly what I wanted. She made my nails look so good and she was super friendly I will be trying to come back
