I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and would not recommend it. I came in for both a manicure and pedicure and left very disappointed. The nail tech completely ignored the pictures and instructions I gave him. I politely corrected him multiple times, but he continued to do whatever he wanted. For the amount we pay to get our nails done, the least we should expect is to actually love the results. Unfortunately, my nails turned out nothing like what I asked for. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, Ann/Anna, she sided with the tech instead of trying to resolve the issue. I was charged $101 total ($55 for toes, and $35 just to walk out with an incomplete set) even though I left unhappy and had to find another tech to fix my nails. To make matters worse, when someone reached out on my behalf to try to resolve the situation peacefully, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive—saying she didn’t have to talk to them and didn’t “know who the hell she was talking to.” That level of disrespect is unacceptable. I later saw that many other reviews describe the same kind of experience, so it’s clearly not an isolated situation. Save your money and your time and choose a salon that values both.

I went in for an acrylic full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was great, the gentleman said his name was Kai,. The gentleman who did the acrylic full set was not that great, he barely spoke to me. I showed him a picture of a palm tree scene that I wanted, it turned out pretty bad, the palm trees look like black blobs, and the background color was not blended together at all!!! I wish he would’ve told me it was beyond his capabilities because I would have shown him something easier that I liked. I wanted my cuticles pushed back and trimmed, but he never touched my cuticles and they’re not shaped like I showed him. I wanted them. Now my nails look like they’ve grown out for a week and I just had them done. It’s my own fault for not speaking up, but I don’t like hurting people‘s feelings or being considered a pain because I wasn’t happy. I will not be going back there, now I get to go on vacation with crappy looking Nails!!

Love love love this place! My technician was beyond GREAT! I didn’t get his name unfortunately but his in the first chair against the wall on the right when you come in. He repaired my nails AND he made sure I was satisfied. Definitely will come back to see him before I head back to GA!

I won’t ever come back to roses for nails and here’s why. I was sat with the OWNER of the store and she didn’t great me #1. #2 she was tugging aggressively on my hands to be closer to hers, all it takes is a polite pull. And then when she started it just went downhill from there, she took less than 2 mins to put the acrylic down on each nail and that would be impressive if it was good work but it was terrible, the acrylic was dripping on the bottom of my nails and she didn’t wipe it away or take care of that, and then when she placed it she didn’t place on my root so if she would’ve finished it would’ve looked like I got them done two weeks ago! The acrylic wasn’t covering my whole nail whatsoever. Then I asked for someone else and she got an attitude with me saying they’re not finished I’m the owner I know what I’m doing. That’s fine and that’s great for you but the work was terrible and that’s that. I’ve been a loyal customer to roses and have never ever asked to be moved to someone else, and also I’m scared to speak up when I don’t like something so for me to have issues because she even filed lets you know she was doing something wrong. And not to mention she was flip flopping between me and another customer. Terrible terrible experience.

Worst experience ever!!!! Went to have a fill with a design and had a rushed experience. He did my nail and design in 30 minutes, fastest set ever. We called ahead of time because this was the first time going to them. They told us it was 40$ for a fill and with a design it would be 50-60$. That was a lie. They charged me 104$. I got them done Saturday morning and Sunday morning I had 3 broken nails. 2 from a shower and 1 from pushing my dog. They just snapped. 1 of them ripped half of my nail off. Went back to get them replaced and I was shown the most unprofessional behavior. I dealt with the owner and I tried to explain multiple times that they just snapped, she yelled at me and my husband saying it was my fault. I have gotten my nails done 12 years and this is the worst and most painful set I have had done. Definitely do NOT go here!!
