I have been going to Anthony Vince for years, Tom is my go-to nail tech and he does an amazing job every time!! Have also done pedis as well as kids manis with the nieces! Relaxing atmosphere, kind and talented techs, great prices.

Been coming here for years and service used to be A1 this place def is not what it used to be. The online prices don’t match up with the in store prices which is false advertisement!! and when I asked about it instead of compensating or fixing the issue the response was it hasn’t been updated since 2020 which is crazy. The lady rushed my manicure didn’t double look at anything or nothing the gel is peeling already and I literally just got this done three days ago. I don’t have any intention on going back wouldn’t recommend this place. Speaking from first hand experience bc I left a review before and was refused service. Customer service here at this place is def not a obligation nor a priority

I wouldn't recommend this place. I had to go because my normal salon was booked. I got a gel polish change that was super rushed, took 16 minutes. The nails weren't painted up to the cuticle line, and the polish isn't smooth. There are small bumps from nail dust getting caught in the polish, and blue pieces of microfiber from the towel that was used to wipe my hands with. They were also filed unevenly. Definitely not worth $36 +tip.

I went to Anthony Vince's Nail Spa to get gels, Sat 11/2/24 around 11 am. I got this guy who was totally rude in so many ways. No greeting, no kindness, no nothing. He was an older gentleman. I told him I wanted gels, he tried to talk to me about doing an acrylic set, but I said no, however he continue over and over again trying to get me to spend more money. Finally I said no I'm only spending a certain amount, but that didn't make difference. I must say he wasn't friendly with selling his services either. In the middle of me getting nails done he received a phone call and explained to someone how to get to his home so they could pick up his 2 kids, once he got person to his house he then called his kids and told them to get ready because someone was picking them up. In the middle of doing my gels and cutting my nail crooked he get an another customer and put me with someone else. I have never had service like this before and would never recommend anyone to go here. It's a beautiful place and could probably be amazing with the right people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a dip removal and I’ve never been here before. In the past when I’ve decided to give my nails a break, a salon will remove the dip and then buff out your nails with a drill and cut them down for you… not here. Beware. I sat with my hands in the soaking bowl for 25+ minutes and the girl forgot about me completely. Once they realized they messed up, a girl came up to me and said I was done… keep in mind the actual dip base is still on my nails. I told them I wanted them buffed out and cut down and someone else then came to do it with a nail file!! Not even a drill. Makes 0 sense. I was so infuriated that I didn’t even say anything else because it was obvious they couldn’t care less about me. When I went to wash my hands, the original girl who forgot about me was sitting relaxing in a massage chair and we made eye contact. She looked at me like “oh no I forgot about her.” lol. What should’ve been a 10-15 min experience turned into a 45 min endeavor. This is the first and last time I will go to this place. I should’ve went to the other salons I’m loyal too but I was in a time crunch. Oh and I never got the actual dip base removed. Now I have to order a drill online to do it myself. 👍 don’t waste your time.
