My nail tech is truly the best. She’s meticulous, talented, and always makes sure my nails look perfect every single time. She listens to what I want, gives great suggestions, and her attention to detail is unmatched. The salon experience is always clean, relaxing, and professional. I get so many compliments on my nails because of her! If you’re looking for someone who cares about their work and consistently delivers beautiful results, she’s the one. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I am a regular customer, every other month for my pedicure and different nail things occasionally, and have typically had a good experience. The last few times, it seems that my business is not wanted, which is unfortunate when you're used to a place. I came in today to get gell polish off and replaced with a full set. The first gentleman ground the majority of the polish off and left me to soak the very little remaining off and advised one of the girls would be with me in a few minutes. After an hour of being left alone and a few customers coming and going and other patrons looking at me with sympathy, another gentleman finally pulled me to his station. After showing a nail picture and asking if I could get a color with something sparkly at the base, I was told it couldn't be done. I tried to advise I didn't need the ombre pictured, just a color with sparkle and was told the same. I agreed one simple color was fine, out of frustration at that point, knowing they're capable of more. The nails were applied and quickly painted with nothing more done with the result as photographed. My experience hasn't always been bad but things have changed in the last 6 months here unfortunately. Hopefully yours will be better than photographed. Not a fan of leaving reviews in general but they're warranted when it's really really good or super disappointing. I'm sure somebody else had a really awesome experience there today.

I've been going here for the last few months and have overall been satisfied with the service! They've done my two year olds nails and toes, and they are always so patient with her. I was able to bring my mom to get her nails done for the first time and they turned out amazing! Overall we've had a great experience.

I do not normally write reviews but here we go. My friend was in town visiting and we decided to get our nails done. I wanted short almond pink chrome nails (picture) and my friend wanted red French tips. We sat down and the gentlemen told me it would be $10 extra for chrome. I said that’s fine. He then proceeded to start my nails and tell me it will be $10 extra for my length and it would be $70 total. I told him I wanted them short and he said he would not be able to do that shape if they were short. The nail tech next to him then started telling him it was not extra and to only charge me $5 for the shape. After them two going back and forth he then yelled over at the owner and asked her what the price was and she said $5. He was upset and from that point on I felt uncomfortable. He tried to make my nails longer than I wanted them and I had to keep telling him to go shorter. My friend beside me whom was just getting French tips was told it was going to be extra since her design was hard. $10 extra for French tips? She asked why and her tech says because it’s a hard French tip. My friend asked her to just do a normal French tip so that it wasn’t hard. Which is what she asked for in the beginning. My tech didn’t do the shape I wanted. Closer to a stiletto than an almond. Even after I told him I wanted them rounded. The color that was painted on my nail was completely changed after the chrome was applied. Even though I verified it wouldn’t change the color. We were there for over 2 hours only for both of us to get nails we do not like and be charged for every little thing. All in all we did not have a pleasant experience and I’m hoping it was just a bad day because I see so many great reviews.
