2025-10-01I called and asked if they could fit in my request for nail services as a walk-in. Not only was I able to receive an extra service (pedicure) that I didn’t mention on the phone, I was welcomed and felt comfortable. I know any business upsells. I was happy they were able to give me the pedicure within their client time frame, and had no issues, because I walked in wanting one. Everyone was so nice, and their shop is clean. I really enjoyed my time there. I’ve been to a bunch of shops and I honestly was so happy with the level of communication with staff. I will be going back again for more services. Luna is a sweetheart. My paws and claws have never felt prettier🫶
