Nail 2 Charlotte

I’ve been a customer since 2022. This place has convenient location, good prices, and fairly okay services. However, my recent visit was rather disappointing. I’d like to share some of the details here: 1. My tech filed too hard so I had cuts during both mani & pedi. 2. I showed my tech the style I wanted (pic 4) and asked if she can achieve the same result. I made sure to address that if she cannot get the same look that’s okay I’ll just get a regular mani. She said YES but this is what I got. Nothing like what I showed her. 3. Pricing: initially she told me it’s $50 for the design (pic 4). But later she told me to do this shape it’s $5 more. Again I asked her based on the length of my nail would it look like the picture. She said YES. Again it looked nothing like it. 4. Several of my fingers were in pain for the rest of the day and night. Conclusion: one of the worst nail experience I’ve had. I did call them the next day to let them know I wasn’t happy. They offered to fix four fingers that had bubbles. At that point I wasn’t willing to go back anymore. There’s no fix in this.

I wasn’t fully satisfied with my nail service. The coverage wasn’t smooth and the finish didn’t look very neat. The color was nice, but the overall result didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the quality will improve next time.

I’ve been to this salon twice, both times with Anna as my technician. The first time, the gel had bubbles, and she blamed me for mishandling the gel light. The second time, I came at 5pm and she seemed rushed — the gel shape turned out uneven and quite disappointing. That said, her attitude was nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I still recommend this salon since it’s clean and welcoming, but I’ll definitely book with a different technician next time.

The best care and nicest people that work here. Detail oriented in everything they do. I will not be going anywhere else for nail care. Calm and relaxing environment as well, I almost fall asleep while I’m there!!

Lisa always does such a great job on my nails and toes! Couldn't recommend more!!
