2023-03-29We're very disappointed with the service and nail paint job we received less than 48 hours ago. As you can see in the photos most of our nails are chipped. They started chipping less than 24 hours after we went and we didn't do dishes or anything. The service wasn't great either. I walked in asking for 2 Manis and pedis, and was rushed to a chair before my mother was even in the building. We paid $45 for deluxe pedicures which are supposed to include massages. We had scrub rubbed on our legs but I'd hardly call it a massage. I even asked the girl to go harder and she didn't. The manicure was $25 which is a lot considering our nails are completely chipped and there wasn't anything special to the service. We weren't offered any beverages, like most places do. When we were about to leave, no one offered to help us into our regular shoes from the foam flip flops (which is usually standard), and no one said thank you or even goodbye as we were leaving. We even went around and tipped everyone with cash who helped us. Needless to say we won't be coming back. Also note that this place is highly reviewed because they offer a promo (free lotion or 5% discount) to people who give them 5 star reviews.
