Nail Techs

Tom ( if I remember correctly) killed it! I have never had the courage or motivation to give one of these places in Greenville money for nails but I took a chance here yesterday and will be back! I called in the morning to ask a few questions and see what my options were and Freddy was very informative and friendly even asking my name and how my day was. When I came in I was greeted and shown my AFFORDABLE options and told the benefits of their recommendations. I was offered a cold beverage, a little sweet treat and was checked on multiple times through the time. The process was quick and painless and I’m super excited to see how they hold up. I have 0 buyers remorse and was very happy with my experience after seeing them recommended on Facebook over and over. Fingers crossed they last me at least 4 weeks and that I’m back for a fill in!

I was searching for a nail salon that would be respectful, professional, inexpensive, & clean. I read the good reviews regarding Nail Tech. I'm glad I gave them a try. The owner Lilly/Lillie is always so nice & ALWAYS acknowledges me. I always love my nails. Last week when my nails were done I had the pleasure of having her do my nails. I told her she was the reason I continued to frequent her business. She was always so nice, and she always remembered the exact # of the glitter that I like. I'm very observant. She treats EVERYONE nice...not just certain demographics like other nail salons do. She mentions deals, and suggestions regarding saving a few dollars. How many business owners do that? If you want your nails done nicely, in a nice clean & friendly environment I suggest Nail Tech (all the techs are good).

Unfortunately I won’t be back. They were nice but the prices are ridiculous seriously, they charged me $55 for the most basic pedicure in the world with gel polish when on their website it says $35 then I paid another $60 for nails just to leave with my cuticles raggedy (AFTER I asked the nail tech multiple times to clip them) and leftover acrylic all over my fingers. Everytime I asked for something to be corrected, the nail tech started huffing and puffing like IM not the one paying for a service. I’m not impressed at all, worst nails I’ve had in a while. What I assume is the owner was very nice and accommodating but after my experience I just won’t be returning. You can definitely tell they change up the prices based off the week they’re having.

I had the chance to patronize Nail Techs in Greenville NC. I would Rate my experience a 10/10. The check in process was seamless and I had no wait time. All of the staff members were attentive and friendly. They were gentle and meticulous with their work. You can tell they truly care about giving you a positive experience. The owner periodically checked in on me during my services which was such a nice touch. I felt valued as a customer. As a person who typically experiences lifting in my nails , I can honestly say this set has lasted and still looks great weeks later. I have FINALLY found a great nail salon in Greenville and will definitely be a repeat customer

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! It’s also owned by the sweetest married couple. They make it very known that they want you to be happy with your experience. They are very generous, have a great working environment for their staff, and make your comfort a priority. I even severely messed up one of my nails right after leaving, I came back, and they fixed it with the best attitude and biggest smile!
