K Nail Bar

I’ve been going to K Nail Bar for a year now, the staff is attentive and friendly. The environment is welcoming, they offer you water, chips etc. Kevin did my most recent set and is really good at designs and shape. He’s really communicative during the process to make sure you like the nails. Micheal is also very good and so is Anna for pedicures I’ll be uploading some pictures.

Had an AMAZING experience at this salon. Visiting from out off town and came into this place last minute with my SIL. By far the BEST pedicure service I have ever received. David was great! He did such an excellent job. Will def be back on my next visit!!!!

This is my favoriteeeee place to get my pedicureeeee. The customer service is always A1. The drinks are delicious and my toes are always on point. Check them out , you won’t be disappointed!

Writing as I’m sitting here. My husband is from here and I didn’t get to do my nails before we left Florida. I didn’t get the name of the girl who did my toes but she must be new. Filed my toe down so low it hurt. She didn’t understand me. I ended up fixing my own toes. Then someone else stepped in to help her. Ru (idk how he spells it) did my nails and told me I’m doing too much cause I wanted two coats on my French. They must’ve been telling each other how I was cause he was fast and rude pulling on my arm you could tell where I got my fill he barely put acrylic. Just annoying overall. Two stars cause of the refreshments they give.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my experience at K Nail Bar yesterday was too frustrating to ignore. After what seemed like a decent pedicure, everything went downhill once I sat down for my acrylic overlay—a service I’ve consistently gotten at other salons without issue. I asked for acrylic overlay without tips, something I regularly get, and was met with unnecessary pushback. Even after clearly saying I was fine with paying the same price, they still insisted on adding tips. Against my better judgment, I let them proceed—only to have to repeatedly ask for them to be cut down extra short, which I stated from the beginning. The nail tech assured me he would shape them later, but that never actually happened. Next came the design, which I showed from Pinterest and is very straightforward. The tech completely messed up the alternating colors, realized it, and instead of correcting the mistake, he just freestyled a new design—something I neveragreed to. When I reminded him to fix the shape and remove sharp edges, he barely touched them up and didn’t smooth anything out. I could still see my natural nail peeling underneath, and the acrylic was laid so thick that it looked bulky and unprofessional. I spoke to the woman at the front desk hoping she could explain my concerns because of the language barrier. She tried, but I immediately noticed a shift in the tech’s attitude. He was clearly annoyed and proceeded to rush through a new design, which looked even worse and felt like a complete joke. At this point, I was over it. I left and went to Nail Tech’s in Greenville, NC, where I was treated with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They had to reshape, file down the thick acrylic, and completely redo the design. I’m extremely grateful to them and will now only go there moving forward. K Nail Bar lost a first time customer, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.
