Flowers Nails

This place was awesome. I went really late in the day for 2 pedicures they were willing to wait for us to get there! They called to make sure we were going to make it. They had extremely awesome attention to detail. Everything we asked, or wanted they attended to. We got a pedicure and they massaged our neck and used aroma therapy on us to relax. They did above and beyond. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Great prices and a loyalty card for after 5 visits you get $35 off which is equal to a manicure. The only thing they are missing is a wine bar!!!!

It’s hit or miss with this salon. I’ve been going there for the last year and have noticed they don’t do a great job with extension nails, such as acrylics or detailed designs. For better results, you’ll likely need to visit a location in Raleigh. The staff is friendly, but lately I’ve noticed the salon’s upkeep has declined and it hasn’t been very clean. There’s an overwhelming odor near the plants toward the second door in the room. It smells like a dead rat. The bathrooms are also sometimes messy. I’ve decided to only use this location in extreme emergencies and plan to try a few other salons. For a salon located in Flowers, it doesn’t meet expectations. This level of service feels more like what you’d expect from a mall nail salon.

This was my first time going to this salon and I honestly don’t know why I waited so long having lived In Clayton for years. I got a gel fill and a pedi. My nails look PERFECT! This place is a 10 out of 10. I got pampered, I got massaged, I got spoiled rotten and I was also practice for a very young, beautiful lady whose first day was today! She did an amazing job on my pedicure and what I like about the owner of the shop, is she came and checked her work. To me, my pedicure was fine. I knew it was her first day as she told me when I sat down. But the owner came checked her work, sat down and went over what she did and made my feet look even better!!!!! I appreciated that so much! 10 out of 10. Go there NOW!

Nails are 4 days old. I visted this nail salon to see how well Acrylic holds up. I use my hands alot and a little rough on them. Nail Tech did a great job on my Acrylic fill-in. With me having large nail beds she has my nails looking very natural. She did a marvelous job in cleaning up my cuticles as previous salon did not. Tech took her time and provided me w/ the exact service asked for. As my nails was drying tech gave me a brief shoulder massage w/ warm stones That was amazing! This is definitely my new nail salon.

EDIT/UPDATE REVIEW 6/10/25: After my mother-in-law went to Flowers for months with nothing but amazing reviews, I decided to give it another shot due to the close proximity to my house. I am very happy that I did. I was told there was a period of time where turnover was high and staff didn’t care much for training. I have been going to Flowers for months and I am happy each time I leave. Tina, Hang, and other family members who work there are nothing short of amazing. They take their time and have really impressed me. See new pics (with the longer nails), which show my natural nails grown out after 5 weeks with the vitamin-gel manicure. The gel manicure policy I noted in the original is still the same, but I haven’t had any issues with my manicure not lasting since going back. ORIGINAL REVIEW (was 1-star) Got my nails done 6/23/23 at 3:57pm. The salon guarantees gel manicures last for 1 week if you keep your receipt. Gel typically lasts 4 weeks on my nails. Multiple nails peeling and chipping after 3 days of wear. I called to ask about a refund because I do not have time to come back in, nor do I want to have another issue if I have them redone. The owner tried to argue saying vitamin gel is what last 4 weeks not regular gel. I’ve had both types of gel and both kinds last about 4 weeks on me. The “guarantee” is misleading, Flowers will not refund you. You must get them redone. Would not recommend. Save your money or go somewhere else.
