Q Nails

Walked in when all the techs were sitting down midday and Kim directed Hana to do my acrylic removal and I also asked for Gel Maní. Not only did Kim and Hana upsell me to a hard gel with the promise of cuter manicure and “better for my nails” but also charged me extra for the “mani” that was included in the $70 dollar total- but charged me $75 in the end for the “extra clipping” of my cuticles. When I asked Hana to clarify the price as she was doing them- she said yes still $70. Still tipped Hana $15, undeservedly, but my manicure was rushed and not done well. Pointed out several times the gel burned and the shape was crooked- I kept being told it would be fixed. The hard gel is bumpy and not smooth. The ugliest set I have ever had. Will NEVER step foot in this place again.

Had such a great experience here! I got Gel-X nails and a pedicure — both were done perfectly. They were really friendly and professional. The tech paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the length and style. The pedicure was really relaxing, they took their time with the massage and scrub and finished with a impeccable polish. I’ll definitely be back!

I walked in (no appointment) and they were able to get me in right away. My nails and toes took less than 1 hour and look perfect. Great prices and the employees were so friendly. This is my new favorite spot in Charlotte!

The Services was great. It was my first time going. I got there they greeted me set me down and I was able to get service right away. They offered me a drink and they were really really nice. My nail technician was Trish and she did an excellent job hands down. I would definitely be going back great work.

I've always had a great experience here. Everyone is kind. My pedicure always turns out great and technician has great attention to detail. I just had my acrylic nail fill done for the first time and they look great, smooth, even and attention to detail!
