NP NAILS SPA

I’m so happy I found NP Nails! After moving to the Charlotte area, I struggled for literally a year to find a salon that truly understood what I wanted…until I found my girl, Mina. This was probably my 4th or 5th appointment with her, and she just *nails* it every single time. She’s also quick—no spending half the day stuck in a salon chair like I’ve experienced elsewhere, which I really appreciate. For my latest set, we did a brown cat-eye base with two accent nails featuring a fawn print and a 3D free-hand deer antler design (it's hunting season back in PA where I'm from 😜). The pictures don’t even come close to doing them justice—they look incredible in person! The length and shape are perfect, my nails aren’t too thick, and they always feel healthy after my appointments. Her boyfriend Mike has also done my nails once and did a great job too! The whole team is so friendly and accommodating—especially with my chaotic work schedule. They even offer a 10% off gift card for loyal customers, and they have a two-week guarantee where they’ll fix anything that comes up for all customers, no questions asked. That’s practically unheard of these days and shows how much they value quality and customer service. I almost don’t want to tell everyone how amazing they are because I still need to be able to get in 😅 but they truly deserve the recognition! Mina is the BEST—so talented, so kind, and the reason I keep coming back!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. They do an amazing job and are so friendly! I do the dip service, and they last for a month. The owners are great and many of them are talented. Mina is fantastic. I would gatekeep her name, but she deserves all the praise. I’ll keep going back!

The pictures do this nail job no justice at all! When I tell you run do not walk over to this family owned nail salon that actually cares about giving you what you want. They take their time and Mina never misses. Quiet as it’s kept she the best frfr but you can see whoever. They are all very nice. I showed Mina a picture of what I wanted and she said yeah that’s cool but I can do better and she told no lies! If you’re spending money to get your nails done, stop playing and get the best! Second time visiting this salon and have nothing bad to say. They make sure to take care of customers whether they are new or long term. Very polite and willing to go extra mile to make sure you as the client is satisfied, even to the point of offering 14 day policy.

I just got a full set yesterday by Mina. My nail has already popped off completely. While I enjoyed the nail design, this is a waste of money if the nail pops off the very next day. I’m out of town and further adds frustration.
