I had a great experience for my first time in getting gel x and a gel pedi. Dria was amazing; my nails are exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back! First photo from directly after appointment, second photo is 1 week after. I work in healthcare, constantly wash my hands and am hard on my nails. Still loving how they look!

I.conic... is iconic in customer service. Starleth is the best, she is knowledgeable of the latest techniques and works with you to ensure your manicure/pedicure is perfect to your liking. I showed her a picture of the desired design and it turned out perfectly. You can also tell her type of look or idea you have and she will make it happen. She is the ultimate professional and the establishment is perfect for professionals seeking a relaxed friendly and clean environment. The offering of water, juice, and light libations are nice added accoutrements.

I came here hoping for a relaxing experience before my birthday, but I unfortunately left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I came in with a clear idea of what I wanted, even showing them my inspo pictures earlier in the day. Once I sat down for my appointment, they began making comments about my inspo being “ugly” and said they’d use their professional judgment to “perfect” the set. From there, the experience went downhill. It’s unfortunate because they were initially very nice and welcoming, they pulled out my chair for me and offered me something to drink. But once I started politely pointing out things I didn’t like or wanted adjusted, their tone and energy completely shifted. They convinced me to cut my natural nails, saying they couldn’t work with my natural length, even though I specifically chose Gel X so I could keep it. After cutting them, they were uneven and poorly shaped. When I mentioned an air bubble in one of the nails, I was told not to worry about it and that it’s “not good for the woman to work under pressure.” They even turned on a movie so I’d focus on that instead of the details of my nails. I didn’t like the shape or the length, they were longer than I wanted and different from the inspo photo. I also asked for a nude base, but they said it looked “ugly and old,” and insisted on a pink one instead. For the gold chrome, which they tried to charge $50 for, they didn’t follow the inspo and just did what they wanted. By the end, I felt pressured to settle for their version of my set. Being the only client there with two male techs and one woman made it even more uncomfortable to speak up. I left with nails I didn’t ask for, uneven shaping, and now one nail has lifted where the air bubble was, leaving a hole. I’m not writing this to attack anyone, but to share my honest experience. Clients should be respected and listened to, especially when they’ve clearly communicated what they want.

From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, my experience at this salon was completely positive. As a first-time customer, I can honestly say the service exceeded my expectations. Dria gave me a pedicure fit for a queen while Kyleigh did my nails and delivered nothing short of celebrity-level service. Kyleigh also recreated the exact design I asked for, paying close attention to every detail. Both ladies took their time, made me feel comfortable, and were extremely attentive to my needs. They were professional, welcoming, and brought such great energy throughout my entire visit.💫 The owner was very friendly and welcoming as well, checking in with me once I was finished to get feedback about my experience. I really appreciated that she made sure I participated in the holiday giveaway, where I got to spin a metal basket filled with different prizes which is such a fun and thoughtful touch. The new customer “Thank You” gift added a personal touch. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and smells amazing the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is perfectly set with gorgeous wall designs, beautiful seating, luxurious pedicure chairs, and music that makes you shake your head, snap your fingers, and tap your feet! Even the ladies’ room was clean, smelled great, and well maintained. Seeing that the salon has an A-grade inspection rating was also very comforting and reassuring, knowing they keep the space at superior health standards. I also love that the salon offers a variety of drink options, from non-alcoholic beverages to alcoholic choices, which was such a nice touch and added to the overall experience. I’m so happy I found this spot on Google and I’m already looking forward to making it my new home for nail, feet, and waxing services. I.CONIC Nails comes definitely comes highly recommend! 💅🏽✨

I've been to many salons but really none like this the attention 10/10. From the moment you enter you feel comfortable. They do what you ask for not like in other salons that do what they want. A very professional and very nice service. I recommend it 100%
