This was my first Russian manicure and I will never go back to a regular salon for a manicure. The level of care and detail provided were unmatched. Daria took her time and was very meticulous despite me being her last client of the day. My first visit (I got extensions) took 2.5 hours. She was kind and welcoming and the salon was clean. I’m so excited to come back for my next manicure! 😊🤍

This salon is a hidden gem — offering Russian dry manicures, which are truly next level in terms of precision and detail. I’ve been seeing Victoria, and she always goes above and beyond. She has such a creative eye and takes any of my design ideas and elevates them into something beautiful and unique. Victoria is not only incredibly efficient but also very accommodating. When I needed to reschedule, she was kind and understanding — which made a big difference. It’s clear she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I always leave my appointments feeling polished and pampered. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Daria at Hot Nails R U, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! If you’ve never had a Russian manicure or pedicure, this place is a game changer. The technique focuses on healthy nail care, and you can really feel the difference. While it may cost a little more upfront, the results are worth every penny! My nails feel healthier and it last twice as long compared to traditional services. Daria is incredibly skilled, attentive, and passionate about her work, making the entire experience enjoyable. I booked a e-file pedicure for $80 on 7/6 at 3pm and at the time of booking paid $30 for a deposit with a remaining balance of $50. I got a little turned around while en route because gps took me to what looked like a residence, but eventually found the entrance so I was about 5 min late. The place was clean and I waited for my nail tech (Kamilla) who came about a minute after I arrived. I’ve never had a Russian pedicure before but I wanted to try something new and they had great reviews. Kamilla did a good job on my toes and the polish looked great. So here’s my issue: I booked for a $80 Smart Pedicure without coating. When I sat she gave me color samples for my gel polish, I asked “oh it comes with polish”, she says “yes gel polish” I just assumed maybe they didn’t update the information on the booking site but I was wrong. After the service she rings me up and my total is $90. So after double triple checking my confirmation email, I called her over and say “hey, I booked for the smart pedicure”, in which she replied “yes but you got the full pedicure”😟 I pay the amount, tip her cash and leave. After getting to my car I went back to their web page and it says that a smart pedicure is 1 hour and the full pedicure is 2. So she gave me a service that she wanted to give me, fine. Charged me for it, fine, but didn’t even have the decency provide me with the full 2 hour foot treatment that I paid for. You can see the timestamp on my receipt as 4:19 pm, so I was there for an hour. Not to mention the service description for the pedicure I booked vs the one I paid for aren’t that different in terms of foot treatment, hence my reason for booking it because I was more concerned with the health of my nails and feet as I could slap on a coat of polish whenever. I won’t ever go back to that establishment. Hot Nails RU, please be transparent with clients when they come in for services and if you’re gonna just give whatever high price service you feel like giving, at least give the clients what they paid for.

I'm seeing Alena for the second time, and I'm truly happy and content with her care and work. I speak very little English and understand little, but she has the patience to understand me and help me with the translator. For me, that's a very nice thing to have her patience with us. I recommend her 100%.
