Edit: 05/16/2025 They reach out to be and were able to fix my polish next day. I appreciate their professional and getting me in and out. This is right before my engagement party, so having their quick response was crucial. Thank you Went here just today05/15/2025 to get a gel pedicure and manicure. My hands are okay but when I edit: finally got home and took off my shoes I notice how PATCHY my gel pedicure was. This looks like a 5 year old did it!! For $56!! Plus I was cut while she cleaned up my toe nails…. I believe everyone deserved 20% gratuity, but I wish I could take it back. Make sure you do your research ladies, I wish I did 🙁

I have been to PNB in the past and have had mostly positive experiences (although who you get as your nail artist is the top factor). Today, after my nail artist finished, I noticed that there were thin spots on my nails where the polish was too thin and also that the polish wasn't evenly applied (one area looked like something had bumped it). The nail artist said this was because my nails were bumpy. I responded that I have never had that problem in the past and I pointed out the thin areas without enough coverage. She said, ok, I will put another coat on. She applied another coat (not covering the full nail, so it looks very uneven). I was extremely frustrated. I get a pedicure every month in the spring through fall and this is probably the worst one I have ever had. When I got up, I also noticed that she had painted my toes in a few spots. PNB charges more than most of the other salons, so they should be doing at least as well as others. Oh! And when I first arrived, she asked how is the water (my feet were not in.) The water was freezing! She added some hot, but it was barely lukewarm. It also took them 20 mins to get me seated (with an appointment) and no one greeted me or acknowledged how long my wait would be until I asked 20 mins in. The whole experience was poor from start to finish.

This is my first time coming to Paris Nail Bar at Apex Costco Plaza. I am really happy with my first visit here. I was able to get an appointment together with my friend on the day of the service very easily, the communication was easy and fast. I arrived a few minutes past my appointment and did not wait at all. I have had some bad experience at other nail bars where they pocked my toes to hard and it hurts. Here everything was very gentle and quick. I did a cat-eye on my toes this time and it turned out really great, and I got some custom Christmas nail arts for the holiday. I highly recommend Tata and Lily, they were really good. I will definitely go back for future visits. If I have to say one thing, the only recommendation is that this place does not have those massage chairs where most of the nail Salons do, I wish they can consider those.

Kevin did a fabulous job with my mani and pedi! My sisters wedding is this weekend and he made sure to take the time and attention to make my nails perfect. He checked in regularly throughout the appointment to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend Kevin and Paris Nail Bar to anyone!
