Lilly is amazing!! I went for my first time about a week ago and felt very welcomed. She was great at balancing conversation vs. relaxing time for me. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out as quickly as possible, which has been my experience at other local places. She did excellent work and the prices are very reasonable!

I’ve been seeing lily for about a year at minimum and she’s the nicest most patient nail tech I’ve ever had. I’m so used to being treated poorly for wanting my nails the way I want them and like them without trying to be told how I should have them. She’s kind and balances good conversation with time to relax and just read. I get gel X done and work in the blue collar industry and last me 3 weeks which is way longer than any other place has ever been able to do with my “oily nail bed” and “flat nail” 🤣 and as rough as I am they don’t break. She’s hands down the what and you need to go see Lily!

This is now my go to nail salon. I booked last minute for a Saturday morning mani/pedi for my daughter and I after a stressful week! I was blown away by how patient they were with my daughter (4) and how great our nails turned out. I'm going to come back for a full set once my manicure runs its course. The pedicure was just right! After moving to the area a year ago, I was on the hunt for a nail salon. I'm already looking at booking both a solo visit and another mama/daughter visit! Relaxing atmosphere and just what we needed so close to home.

My every visit to the salon is a treat as the services are spa quality. Add the pretty aromas and calm ambience and most of all Lily and her team’s quality care, and Exel will be your favorite spot too. Enjoy!

The service sucked big time. First time I came with long nail no problem. $45 for fill in gel. Second time I come with some nails the owner tried to charge me more for the same service talkn about my nails long ma'am it's the same length as the first time. And the man took over a hour just to do a simple fill in that should only take 45 min All they care about is money not the customer quality. if your not paying $100 on your nails they treat you differently definitely a poor experience.
