I’m new to the area and was nervous to try somewhere new, but Luxara Salon completely won me over! I’ve been back a few times now and have loved my experience every single time. The salon is always super clean, aesthetic, and so well kept. Mai does my nails and she’s THE BEST — so detailed and cares about how they turn out! Kim did my pedicure and she’s so fun to talk with! I honestly don’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review — every visit has been amazing. Yes, it feels like everything is so expensive these days, but knowing I’m getting great service, beautiful results, and a clean, professional salon makes it absolutely worth it. I’m so glad I found Luxara!! 🤍

Service was good, staff were pleasant, however they are ultimately overpriced. I looked at their prices before I received my services, asked questions and gave my request. I requested a child’s mani and pedi with gel polish, and an adult mani and pedi with gel polish. The service was good and my daughter enjoyed it. What I didn’t expect was the $218 price! As I stated I talked to the hostess who greeted us. The nail tech who provided our services and checked us out informed me that they charge adult prices for children 10 and under getting the gel polish with the kids mani and pedi. I made her aware that the hostess did not inform of that and there was no indication on the menu price that they would be charged as such. After diligently reviewing the prices and acknowledging the lack of communication I walked out paying a whopping $182!! Definitely will not be patronizing this establishment again.

Don’t go here! I have no toenails left! Crooked cuts and in the quick! No offer for a discount but I was told to come back next time and I could ask for a different technician 😣 zoom in if you dare!

It was ok, they didn’t even put lotion and give a massage after completing my nails. It’s overpriced my opinion. I could go to Charlotte for the same price and have a better experience to be honest. Technician was nice, just not what I expected with that price. Will not go back again myself.

I stopped coming a few years back bc I didn't feel the quality matched the price. Gave em a try today. 😮‍💨This is a view of my deluxe pedicure.. S/N: my mask and scrub was used at the same time 😣 usually they scrub and cut your cuticles then rinse you and put the mask on let you sit.... I got mine at the same time... I don't even know what happened as far as my paraffin wax 🤷🏾‍♀️.. 3 Star because it got done and the girl was sweet... I blame establishment since they watched and didn't correct it.
