I’ve been coming to LO Nails & Spa for about 7 years, and at this point it’s the only place I truly trust with my nails. I’m there every 3 weeks like clockwork (although the builder gel would last 4, no question). I tried going somewhere cheaper once, and regretted it almost immediately — lesson learned. The only time I don’t see them is if I have an unexpected nail emergency and I’m out of town. Their work is consistently amazing. The quality never slips, and their nail art is some of the best I’ve ever seen. They offer a range of services, and they’ve done my brows when I needed it. Their pricing is fair and competitive, and absolutely worth it for the talent, skill, and care they put into their work. I almost always get intricate nail art, so I pay a bit more. You get what you pay for — and in this case, it’s worth every penny. The team works hard, they’re creative, and genuinely care about doing things right. I always leave happy, and my nails always last. I recommend this place constantly to friends. If you want beautiful nails, great service, and artists who know what they’re doing — this is the place. I have been coming here for years and have always been more than happy with my service. In fact, there are several closer salons I could go to but gladly travel the extra distance to come here. Ann has always done amazing nail art by hand which earn me several compliments every time.

My mom & I have been coming here for 5 years, we never go anywhere else! We do dip manicures & the staff are the absolute best. They have the nicest manager who always sets us up with great people. It’s clean & the prices reflect the quality of work. I get so many compliments on the designs they do. I recommend Lake Oswego Nails to all my friends.

Took my wife in to get her nails done. She has always wanted to have French cut. They did not disappoint her. She got exactly what she wanted and was happy happy happy. I am not sure what his name was, but the person doing her nails was fantastic and extremely friendly. We were traveling to the coast for our 32nd anniversary and this place was a block from where we stayed and was easy to get to. When scheduling the appointment the week before over the phone, I was happy that they were able to fit her in with our time line and they were completely knowledgeable about helping me setup the appointment with what she was wanting. We will probably be back when we head that way again in a few months. THANK YOU SO MUCH

It was my first time going to a salon and I was super disappointed. I got builder gel, but It was bumpy, super thick and the shape was all wrong. I didn't know what it was supposed to look like so when I got home I posted photos in a nail page and got nothing but bad feedback. Went somewhere else to get them fixed. -Update/edit to owners response: Those nails were anything but smooth. I kept asking the girl doing them if it was supposed to look like that, she just kept globbing it on. When I spoke my concerns, she brushed me off and kept talking to a coworker like I didnt even say anything. The whole process was rushed and I don't feel like i was heard at all.
