I went in for a consultation specifically to make sure the stylist could achieve the balayage I wanted. I was reassured very confidently that it would be no problem. A few days later at the actual appointment, they bleached and toned my hair — the result looked nothing like what I asked for. They bleached and toned it again, but it still didn’t come out right. As shown in the pictures, the result came out completely wrong and not at all what I wanted. I also asked for long layers but only received a basic trim. Now my hair feels extremely dry, brittle, and damaged — and unfortunately I’m stuck with it right before a vacation. I completely understand that things don’t always go perfectly, but please don’t reassure clients you can “certainly” deliver a look if you’re not confident in your ability to do so. It’s not just disappointing — it’s damaging, both literally and emotionally.

Liz is a real professional! The special wild black plum pedicure was super relaxing and her polish is always perfect. My feet feel and look good. Highly recommend Liz and In Vogue salon!

Absolutely LOVE this salon. The best salon and spa in Oswego! I went in to get a highlight and wanted to be as blonde as possible, Liz absolutely crushed it. My hair hasn’t ever looked this good. Not to mention the price. Definitely will be back.
