The manicure is okay but experience was subpar despite the wide range of color choices. While the staff are sweet and accommodating, they are rushed to finish. Kery, was abrasive with my cuticles resulting in bleeding and did not paint my nails till the ends making a fresh manicure look a few days old. There was uneven application and lots of wiping off mid way. She did not wipe/clean my nails before applying the base coat. This is a satisfactory place for an urgent service not a self-care treat day. Hygiene was a concern; no mats meant that nail clippings and cuticles were just lying around although the tools were fresh. There was no stand for your wrist so you are hovering your hand in the air the whole time. I booked through classpass (so it was cheaper) but it was still about the same if I had paid full price at a local salon for a better manicure. Not my usual spot & it made me miss my go-to!

QQ always gets my nails right. They always remember me and make me feel super welcome. they can do amazing designs and are always super accepting with them. Love yall 🩷🩷🩷

I was able to walk in today to get a colored French gel manicure by Yvonne! Very fast and professional, and very happy with how my summer nails turned out :) Another update: was able to make a same-day appointment to have my nails ready for the NYC marathon- Ben was able to help create this cute nail art!! Couldn’t be happier!

I got my nails done here all summer and I really enjoy the people and the product, however I discovered that they filed my nails down way too far and I got a green nail and they didn’t say anything about it. They definitely don’t prioritize the health of the nails. I won’t be going anymore.
